What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved and packed. The package will then be prepared for transport.
2. Delivery time
Australia: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by Australia Post.
All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "Track your order" in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 working days before tracking information is updated. If the tracking still provides no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
